1. How can I Place an order on your website? Answer: To place an order on our website first of all you need to create a profile on by registering yourself on our website. After creating an account on our website you can select your desired electronic products by clicking the Add to cart button and once you have selected your items to be purchased then go to Your Cart's section and click there, from here you will be taken to the contents of your cart and the billing information of the product you selected to purchase, after that you will find a Check Out link below the Cart Section which will take you to your account where you can sign in. After signing in you will be asked to confirm your billing and shipping addresses and have a look at the grand total of the amount your card will be charged to. On this page you will again find a Check Out box which will you redirect you to the secure payment gateway where your payment is taken care of and prior to this you will be given the order number of your purchase. Your order has been placed successfully. Our support team will email you your invoice.
2. What are the modes of payment on your website? Answer: We accept payments via Google Checkout and Paypal Pro, where you can pay online without worry as they are secured and known worldwide.
3. How can I contact you? Answer: We prefer to get contacted through an e-mail. If you have any question please free to contact us on support@eselleruk.com. We will endeavour to reply to all emails within 24 hours of receiving them (except on weekends & public holidays).
4. Is it possible for me to collect the item from your shop? Answer: We are an online business shop and hence we do not provide collection facility from our online shop. Customer needs to place an order online on our website and customer can receive it via standard courier companies. (We use UPS and TNT for the postage).
5. Are there any charges to cancel once the product is ordered? Answer: There is no cancellation charge applied to the order if you have booked and requested for a cancellation prior to the dispatch of the product. But once the product you booked is dispatched your credit/debit card is charged for the shipping amount and if you still want to cancel the product you will be charged the shipping amount and the rest of amount will be refunded back to your account within 3-4 business days.
6. Can I cancel the order of a product that I have placed? Answer: Yes the order once placed can be canceled.
7. What type of warranty do you offer on the products purchased from you? Answer: We provide a one year default warranty to all the products you purchase through us and the warranty period is also determined by the manufacturers, they can provide you few more year of warranty on products.
8. Can I purchase for someone else? Answer: Yes you can purchase the item for someone else but one the condition that the Shipping addresses and the address on the credit card should be same.
9. Can I order Items with Different Availabilities? Answer: Yes you can order different items with different availabilities from our site.
10. What kind of customer service does the online shop have? Answer: Since we are an e-commerce site and we do online business, we provide our customers a fast and efficient online customer service. 12. How to find out the Order Number of the item purchased? Answer: In cart you can see Order Number and You will also receive email notification in which order number and items purchased in that order will be visible.
13. Are there any additional costs associated with the item that I purchase on your website? Answer: We do not have any extra charges related to the purchase you make on our website. We include only the VAT and the shipping charges to the products you purchase. However, we provide the grand total charge your credit/debit card will be billed for prior charging it.

1. What is the estimated Delivery time for the order that I place on your website? Answer: Generally, it takes 2-3 business days to get the product delivered to customers however; we try our level best to deliver the product for the order placed ASAP.
2. How will the products be delivered to me? Answer: We have two mailing services for delivery of the products UPS and TNT.
3. My order is due for delivery today what time will it be delivered? Answer: Your order will be delivered to you anytime between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the date it is due for the delivery.
4. Got a Problem with a Delivery? Answer: If in any case you face a problem regarding the delivery of your product, you can contact us directly at support@eselleruk.com
5. Do you have any Delivery Options? Answer: At present we do not have any Delivery options. However, we assure next business day delivery of products to our customers once it has been shipped from us. Our mailing partners are UPS and TNT.
6. What if the Packages are Undeliverable? Answer: It is never in our history that the product has remained undelivered. However, in any such case you can directly contact us at support@eselleruk.com. We will take all the desire steps to solve your inconvenience very immediately.
7. What happens to my order if I am not in when the courier attempts to deliver it? Answer: We attempt to make three deliveries for a product in case it is not delivered for the first and second time and after that the object is kept for next half day in the local depot and if not collected from there the ordered item is returned back to us.
8. What are the delivery charges?
Answer: Our standard delivery charges are 7 GBP minimum plus 0.40 GBP per kg. (Delivery charges are ex VAT)
